Job Description:-

- Overall 15 - 18 years of experience in similar environment, with a higher vintage and strongteam management experience in similar environment

- Experience and a strong working knowledge of various aspects of International Payment ProcessingOperations

- Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFT & international payment conventions and practices is an addedbenefit

- Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels

- Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overallorganizational objectives are met

- Excellent written& oral communication & interpersonal skills

- Proven leadership and people management skills

- Proven ability to build strong business relationships within the site and across the business

- Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues

- Strong PC, project management, and analytical skills

- Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
