WKO Data Analytics & Operations team is part of JPMorgan's Wholesale KYC Operations.
The candidate should have strong processing & analytical skills along with technical skills. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations
- Hands-on experience on data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau
- Drive, build and deliver queries using Analytics tools based on requirements from Governance/ Steering Committee within the given SLA
- Review and interpret complex data to analyse patterns and trends in the data sets
- Maintain discipline around sharing updates with Stakeholders, circulating Minutes Of Meetings, archiving and maintaining record of all updates
- Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver as per expectation leveraging data analytic tools like Alteryx, Tableau, IDQ, Signavio, Visio, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/ time sensitive environment to support a team
- Gather/ Analyse complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Document process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm's standards
- Perform sample review of processed volumes to ensure qualitative deliverables and identify process gaps if any
- Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects
- Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
- Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations
- In conjunction with manager and consistent with overall department objectives, establish and execute on annual development goals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other similar exercises as per requirement
Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years' experience with minimum 2-4 years' in data analytics with working knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, Python and Tableau
- Alteryx Core certified professional with experience in delivering projects
- Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
- Adept with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Results oriented Team Manager
- Adherence to controls and standards
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Subject Matter Expertise across KYC, AML & Client Reference Data will be added advantage
- Work schedule : EMEA shift
