Job Summary:
As a Campaign Testing Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with campaign management, project management, and development teams to thoroughly understand project and campaign objectives, as well as testing goals.
- Develop and lead the test strategy and efforts, efficiently generating scripts for both manual and automated testing cycles.
- Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project materials to ensure the quality of the test suites being developed.
- Collaborate with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects and utilized test environments.
- Create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards for the Card marketing validation team.
- Support production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows.
- Identify process gaps with a keen eye and streamline processes effectively.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites.
- Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communications to customers
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate effectively with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in execution of automated test suites preferred with hands - on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models preferred
- Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool is preferred
