JP Morgan Chase - Business Analyst & Project Manager

Role:

This role is to be the Business Analyst & Project Manager for Post Trade Domain with below responsibilities:

- Build strong connect with key global stakeholders to understand the business problems.

- Participate in understanding how business functions are performed and challenge the status quo to drive automation, global consistency.

- Be responsible for data model of Post trade functions.

- Be responsible for analyzing business requirements through user interviews, analyzing data, review of BRD & user stories.

- Actively participate in system testing & UAT by contributing to test plans and reviewing test results.

- Track milestones of multiple software projects and communicate RAG ratings & risks to key stakeholders.

- Act as Scrummaster for 2 scrum teams.

Essential skills:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in business analysis & project management.

- Experience at conflict management.

- Excellent written & verbal communication.

- RDBMS experience writing SQL queries

- Experience writing complex excel formulas.
