Job Description

As a Business Analyst for HR Global Employee Support, you'll support evidenced-based decision making by providing analytical inputs and adding a quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes/procedures. You will provide thought leadership on application of analytics and data science models whilst working with internal clients to help us improve processes and solve people related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems, drive business decisions and identify major gaps and opportunities

- Generating insights from large and complex datasets, and understanding nuances and inconsistencies in data

- Assume ownership of assigned work streams and effectively generate required hypotheses to execute work plans

- Communicating and presenting data in an intuitive manner

- Collaborate with Global Product teams (business, technical and non-technical) across regions to drive business outcomes and deliver on requirements

Required Skills:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics or other related fields, advanced degree preferred

- At least 4 years of experience in an Analytics role required. Experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred. Prior experience working with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI will be a huge advantage

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and generate insights.

- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision,

- Exposure to SAP Business Intelligence & Oracle Fusion reporting platforms is preferred
