Job Description :


As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work with the regional and global business & technology stakeholders to review, onboard and maintain Third party vendor applications from different HR domains. You will work with business owners, SMEs, development teams and other technology stakeholders perform assessment of these third party applications and identify technical solutions.to ensure deliveries of the business requirements.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Third party Management :


- Conduct technology risk reviews of new third party applications from a technology risk and compliance perspective


- Work with technology governance teams to ensure that vendor applications align with company's minimum control requirements


- Implement access management for various vendor engagements in line with firm's control requirements.


- Be accountable for the compliance of risk and control requirement within the firm.


- Identify/ manage risk and control breakdowns - Anticipate and understand issues, and escalate appropriately for timely resolution.


- Ensure adherence to SLA- s, Internal metrics & firm wide policies.


- Manage projects and conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements to current systems or migration to new system


Continuous Improvement:


- Promotes successful techniques, processes and tools that could be leveraged across the team.


- Facilitates idea generation and drives changes for processes and tools that cross technology groups.


- Proactively supports knowledge sharing within the team and across the team.


- Connects with other technology groups within the firm to leverage and share best practices.


Stakeholder Management:


- Builds strong partnership with regional and global business stakeholders across different HR functions, including HR service delivery, compensation & benefit, learning & development, recruiting, etc-


- Manage expectations from business to ensure optimal outcome and win-win situation between business and technology.


- Builds and maintains high profile as a technology leader both inside and outside of the firm.


- Creates strong alliances and focuses on leveraging knowledge capital.


- Minimum 5 years experience in HR project delivery covering business requirement, application design and development, testing and deployment.


- Strong knowledge in HR processes and system solutions


- Ability to work independently and manage local and remote resources.


- Having experience in supporting RFP's (technical review).


- Excellent interpersonal skills, executive communications skill and presentation skill. Should be able to communicate at all levels.


- Behavioral skills, Leadership, Problem solving and time management


- Strong planning, negotiation, analytical and process improvement skills


- Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).


- Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.


- Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with senior management.
