- Graduate / Post graduate with 8-10 years of experience - Business stakeholder for assigned strategies impacting client fees, discounting & trade errors - Leads tactical and strategic projects related to trade errors - Designs and produces monthly reporting package for trade errors - Perform root cause analysis, efforts to close control gaps, and identification and prioritization of enhancements - Owns and drives resolution of all related control issues and action plans - Partner w/ controls on targeted reviews, deep dives and design evaluations - Owns implementation and monitoring of BAU controls - Oversee creation and distribution of management reporting for trade errors, remediations and corrections, RED reporting - Present trade error reporting to Consumer Bank Retail Non-Deposit Investment Product Committee (RNDIP) and JPMWM Business Controls Committee (BCC) - Host monthly trade error meeting to identify root causes and create strategies to mitigate trade errors in the future - Be able to create and implement policies that clearly define what's an error, what's an accommodation, what's a discount and how to process them (as opposed to using the error to account for everything) - Maintains the audit trail, tests Policies & Procedures, ensures CORE is updated, reports out key information to senior leaders on monthly basis (by channel) - Owns/maintains all related policies & procedures w/ P&P admin team About us: JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
