What you'll do: As a Business Analysis Associate II, your essential duties and responsibilities will include: - Discover and/or translate business needs and/or problems into reporting and user tool-based solutions - Strict adherence to compliance and audit driven requirements to ensure process integrity and consistency - Facilitate the resolution of reporting requests and inquiries in an organized manner - Assist ancillary units such as Controls Management and Business Management Office with their requirements, as need be - Analyze data to identify trends and drivers of key performance indicators; ability to make proactive recommendations that eases the burden of data consumption on the users' end - Conduct research and offer recommendations to solve for business requests or challenges - Support formation of plans in building analytical solutions, and ability to mentor the team throughout the development lifecycle - from inception to delivery - Facilitate implementation of new reporting and analytical solutions through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation - Demonstrate agility to adapt to changing business and organizational needs Qualifications: The breadth of business processes and systems this position supports vary, so the successful candidate must be able to absorb, comprehend and simplify different processes, platforms, and requirements to facilitate the development and implementation of new reporting and analytical solutions for internal clients and senior process stakeholders across all CCB Operations functions. A qualified candidate should possess a blend of technical skills and competencies that would make them suitable for the role. These include: Education, Experience and Technical know-how: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; post graduate diploma or degree in the field of Analytics from a reputed Institution is a plus - At least 5-7 years of prior experience (10 yrs preferred) in the reporting or Analytics domain; well-versed with a variety of reporting solutions - Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases, for building a data warehouse by consolidating multiple datasets - High proficiency in the usage of Alteryx and Tableau; a beginner or intermediate level of proficiency in the usage of Python is desired.
