Title - Associate Location - Larsen & Toubro Park, Gate No. 5,Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Floor 04, Mumbai, 400 072, India Duties & Responsibilities The role involves partnering and working closely with Sales and Traders to ensure proper trade flow and quality of data available to them. - Develop and enhance existing key MIS performance analytics and reporting. - Familiarity with Markets Risk Management Systems (e.g. Athena suite) is a plus. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus. - Ability to independently troubleshoot and follow through on trade life cycle events which have an impact on data quality and analytics. - Drive standardization across processes and reporting. Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency & accuracy of existing processes. - Work with upstream data providers to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of transactional data. - Work with various groups in Markets to help streamline reporting requirements and move towards a self-service data driven model. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to address ad hoc data requests. Skills & Competencies - 7-8 years in a Derivative Operations (Front Office / Middle Office) role - Strong Derivatives product knowledge. Interest, Credit Default Swaps, FX, Equity Derivatives. (In depth product knowledge of any one or more of these.) - Thorough understanding of end to end derivative transaction cycle. - Strong communications skills both verbal and written - Build strong working relationships across global cross functional teams, including Front Office - Partnering with global & local partners on projects, efficiency and business change (new products, industry change) - Ability to drive results through a \"hands-on\" approach - Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines - Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational risk - Analytical mindset and high attention to detail - Ability to multi-task effectively to meet tight dead lines - Ability to negotiate & influence - Ability to manage internal clients & stake holders - Problem solving skills and ensure quick resolution by coordinating with relevant groups - Willing to work during EMEA hours. 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST.
