Product Delivery Associate
Description:
- We are focused on identifying opportunities to build more innovative things, often across products and LoB's, where we can bring the organization together to define solutions/builds which are broader reaching.
- The successful candidate will partner with Operations, Sales, Product, Client Service & Implementations, and Technology in developing the build out and adoption of new, emerging payment rails globally. These emerging payment rails, such as Real-Time Payments, Push to Card/Wallet, and Pay by Bank/Alias, provide our customers with more modern ways to initiate instant payments that better meet their needs.
About the Position:
- The candidate is expected to drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate is expected to have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility and result driven.
- Business Analyst for defining the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities
- Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions and Operations intervention
- Cover functional and non-functional requirements including but not limited to Product features, Operational requirements, Regulatory and Compliance requirements, User Interface, Client reporting, Sanctions, Resiliency and Scalability. The requirements must be able to cater to current expectations and allow scalability for future changes in business mode
- Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change
- Partner closely with Product and Technology partners to help define globally consistent platform architecture
- Conduct gaps analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives
- Work with UAT team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities
- Tracking the overall progress of an initiative and identify any potential Red flag and collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of the issues to ensure timely completion of the projects
- Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities and establishing escalation matrix
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the global payment strategy and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Defect analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions
- Independently leading an initiative working with cross functional teams
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ experience in Banking / Financial services
- Strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects is preferred
- Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under the said framework
- Strong Project management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect
- Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
- Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Experience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams
- Leverages the organization to deliver results quickly
