Product Delivery Associate
Description:

As a Product Owner - Associate within our Spectrum Delivery Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product vision and strategy tailored to APAC Client Services.
- Align product goals with business objectives and client needs in partnership with senior leadership.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across multiple products.
- Undertake business process engineering initiatives to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Facilitate planning and execution by understanding application/data servicing flows and requirements.
- Track user adoption and visualize user behavior patterns for business dashboard presentations.
- Initiate and support various global projects, ensuring timely quality deliverables and reporting
progress.
- Interpret system/business requirements and prepare specification and design documents.
- Execute ongoing release management and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Technology/vendor.
- Define objectives and key results with business partners and regularly assess and adjust prioritization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to deliver end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch via high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency in product offerings.
- Familiarity with Workflow/Automation solutions like Python, Alteryx, UiPath to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on client feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Analyze large data sets, summarize findings, and recommend feasible solutions.
- Adapt to ever-changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvements.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Asset Management or related fields.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
