The Associate role is responsible for:
- Strong Business Analytical skills and project experience to define data remediation, design operating models and implement business changes
- Has Regulatory domain knowledge, supporting regulatory projects for Client Reference Data
- Manage end-to-end governance of the project by working closely with the project/ program manager
- Coordinating with cross discipline stakeholders to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
- Work with functional teams to gather document requirements, current and future state process flows
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with functional teams and technical resources as required
- Work with Project Manager on Process development, Test Scripts and Training
- Has strong communication, written and presentation skills to interact with VP's and ED's
- Coaching and developing Business Analysts
Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience with 5+ years' experience across range of regulatory and efficiency projects within Financial Services
- Strong Client Reference Data knowledge
- Able to work in multi-cultural/ multi-time zone environment
- Experience in data management, process management, business management
Skills:
- Interact with Product, Technology and Operations team to understand and clarify the requirements
- Review existing processes and come up with operating models while working with business and technical teams
- Interact with teams spread geographically
- Experience with system and user acceptance testing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated
