This position will be part of the newly created Process Intelligence practice within Commercial Banking where you will be leveraging digital technology to automatically perform process discovery and perform data-driven transformation analytics.

The 'Digital Process Intelligence & Discovery Associate will be supporting projects to automatically discover business processes and perform data-driven analytics. In this role, you will assist in the discovery and structuring of process data to provide meaningful outputs through use of automated dashboards. You will work closely with the U.S. based Process Intelligence team through a "follow the sun" model to provide continuous results for active projects. The key success factor will be to have a "transformational" mindset, the ability to work with digital tools and to use data for our transformational efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as 'data management & analytics' lead on Digital Process Discovery projects across the Middle Office Operations function

- Assist with the scoping of projects

- Work with U.S. team to facilitate process discovery sessions, locally and in the U.S.

- Work with 'big data' and raw datasets to validate and build structure for meaningful results

- Run process data analytics to create process data outputs

- Automate process data analytics processes, with automation tools such as Alteryx, to streamline and optimize dashboard creation

- Work with leadership to design new process data analytics for senior management

- Articulate business value

- Main point of contact for EMEA and APAC based teams and process/product owners

- Socialize Digital Process Discovery with stakeholders across the organization

- Work with leadership to develop innovative Process Intelligence solutions and work with the business to define use cases and new ideas

- Assist in developing content to periodically update management, leadership and stakeholders across LOBs on roadmap, delivery milestones and change management

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

- 2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, technology or related discipline

- Experience with providing data analysis and analytics for senior management and line management

- Experience with the automation of data analysis

- Experience automation and data visualization tools, such as Alteryx and Tableau

- Ability to partner with broad range of internal teams, especially business and technology, across the organization to achieve results

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for technology teams

- Strong verbal, written communications and presentation skills - ability to articulate and tell a story

- Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with process discovery, re-engineering processes, end-to-end process mapping, diagnosing business imperatives and driving change

- Experience with process excellence standards, especially BPMN 2.0

- Experience with digital process discovery through Task Mining and Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis)

- Experience with Task Mining tools, such as Syntel, Kryon or UiPath

- Knowledge of RPA and other automation technology

- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Commercial Bank businesses, products and operations
