Corporate Risk - Market risk reporting - Associate Description : Risk Management - Associate (601 grade)- Market Risk Reporting Details of Team : - This role is part of the MRR (Market Risk Reporting) Team. MRR team is responsible for Market Risk Reporting to internal Risk Management as well as to Regulators. - This role is part of the MRR group and lies specifically within the VaR Backtesting (BT) & Modelled Measures Reporting team (MMR team). As an Associate within Market Risk Reporting team, you are expected to manage below responsibilities (or) have a fair understanding on below : - Responsible to produce periodic Market Risk reports for both internal and external stakeholder - Report the Firm's external disclosures, i.e., Pillar 3, Quarterly Press Release, and Form 10-Q/10-K filings . - Address queries from Regulators and internal stakeholders - Understanding of End-to-End reporting and process and in-depth functional knowledge of reporting area - Coordinate with stakeholders - Execute changes for reporting where needed (Internal as well as Regulatory asks) - Have an attention to detail depending on need of the hour - Have an analytical mindset to understand root cause of an issue and own it till its resolution - Strengthen control framework through periodic recertification of the reports - Maintain procedure documentation - Challenge legacy practices and look for efficient ways to manage day to day job responsibilities Qualifications : - Self-motivated individual with good analytical skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Individual with strong control mindset - Graduate in Risk / Finance (or) MBA preferred - Skilled in using Microsoft products; strong MS Excel skills and Ability to troubleshoot/develop VBA preferred - Understanding of new Tech tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Python etc) is beneficial About Us : - JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
