Job Description :

The role is covering the Business entities in the Non Bank areas covering a Non-Bank Finance Company, a Broker Dealer entities primarily.

- Managing US Gaap books and US Stand alone Reporting

- Maintenance of books in Local Gaap (Ind AS)

- Regulatory Reporting for NBFC

- Statutory Audits/Limited Review of entities

- Management of Rep offices in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka

- Tax Support - Direct and Indirect Tax

- Participation in Governance forums- ALCO, Board etc.

- Leading/Managing Control Framework

Qualifications :

1. Chartered Accountant with experience preferably in Regulatory financial reporting /Indian Gaap/IND AS

2. Strong accounting knowledge with experience in Book closure and finalizing accounts.

3. Strong control mind-set. Analytical skills.

4. Has prior experience of managing a team delivering Financial Reports.

5. Good Communication and organizational skills including partnering skills and pro-activeness.

6. Enthusiastic, with a positive can do attitude
