Job Description :


J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with client assets of $2.4 trillion, is a global leader in investment and wealth management. The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds. Purpose :


- IPB Operations Servicing team covers a mix of activities such as transactional, controls, data and documentation.


Role & Responsibilities :


- Oversight on the transactions and controls activities (related to securities trading, settlement and funding)


- Ensure daily activities are completed, exceptions addressed


- Raise and drive ideas for efficiency


- Resolve issues and partner with Onshore and Technology colleagues/Project team


- Ensure adequate controls are in place


- Maintain KPI, SOP and other MIS


- Manage a team of people


- Set priorities and regular performance discussions


Profile/Skills :


- MBA / College Degree.


- Currently in a supervisory role and managing people.


- Excellent people skills and ability to drive energy levels within the team.


- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and highly result oriented.


- Focus on quality and controlled environment.


- Attention to detail.


- A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.


- Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks


- Drives initiative within the team and can motivate and direct the team in the right direction.


- Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.


- Experience using MS Office products such as excel, word and access required
