IPB Governance & Oversight - Associate

Description : IPB Operations Governance & Oversight Associate will be part of Wealth Management Operations team. Will work on initiatives aimed towards ensuring IPB Operations are compliant with required standards & governance reporting at legal entity.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :

- Partner with respective EMEA & Asia Business support teams to have a consistent approach to oversight across all teams with minimal ops admin

- Function effectively in a rapid pace, deadline-oriented environment

- Review KPIs (key performance indicators) for the segment/group to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness of completion.

- Support creation of Governance decks at legal entity level.

- Review MIS & commentary reported on various governance & BCC decks.
