As an Associate Implementation Manager within our Implementation Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects and providing expert guidance to ensure the successful rollout of our global payment products. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with high-level client stakeholders and our digital product team to facilitate seamless integration of our technology and payment services into clients' internal systems and operational processes. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of Core Trade products for our clients in India, participate in client forums and sales presentations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders across regional and global implementation teams.

Job responsibilities:

- Manage Core Trade product implementations for JPMorgan clients in India, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

- Conduct scoping and introductory meetings with clients to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements aligned with their business needs and the firm's capabilities.

- Participate in client forums and sales presentations to provide thought leadership and highlight JPMorgan's implementation and digital onboarding propositions.

- Lead client-facing meetings, including kick-off meetings, product scoping sessions, steering committee governance, weekly or bi-weekly project updates, and service reviews, while coordinating client training with the Trade digital team.

- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders in regional and global implementation teams to ensure a coordinated approach to regional and global programs.

- Project manage the end-to-end implementation process with internal stakeholders and clients until the deal goes live, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Demonstrate strategic thinking and abundant creativity to identify opportunities for improvement, solve operational issues, and create a sales advantage.

- Possess at least 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.

- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.

- Exhibit strong attention to detail, particularly in legal documentation and process re-engineering.

- Enjoy client interactions and passionately advocate for clients' needs and interests.

- Thrive as a natural collaborator and influencer in a matrix environment, working across functions, products, and geographies.

- Show technological proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with exposure to digital channels and electronic banking platforms.

- Understand traditional and core trade products and local regulations in the Indian market.

- Hold a Project Management certification with a proven ability to manage projects effectively.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with people at all levels.

- Be self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently, delivering timely and accurate results with strong attention to detail.
