Job Description : - In this role as the owner of ID theft Management, candidate will be responsible for all aspects of strategy management to prevent fraudsters from opening of credit card accounts with stolen ID. This requires deep understanding of the problem universe, digging into data to understand root causes, leveraging analytics to design a solution, and overseeing the implementation of the solution. This senior role plays a critical role in driving end to end solutions which mitigate risk, while providing a balanced solution to minimize revenue loss, operating costs and customer impacts. - The organization operates in a very fast paced environment and requires rapid response time to emerging issues, giving you the opportunity to leverage your strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills. A sense of urgency, effective time management and being detail oriented will be key. - This role also requires extensive collaboration across multiple functions such as Credit Risk, Fraud Operations, Legal/Compliance, IT, as well as Customer Services. Efficient communication skill and influence skill are expected. Responsibilities : - Management of ID theft for Chase Card portfolio (Consumer and Business), from strategy development, execution, monitoring and governance. - Acquire deep understanding of suspicious ID theft behaviors, and drive analytics that provide the granularity needed to identify 3 rd party fraud - Implement disciplined approach to testing, project execution and development of robust tracking and performance monitoring capabilities. - Keep up with industry trends and bring innovative third party fraud solutions. - Effective communication across partner teams and at all levels, presenting strategies for approval and obtaining executive buy-in. - Appropriately assess ID theft risk associated with new product / strategy change. Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in a quantitative discipline.
