- The candidate will support reporting requirements including schedule preparation, variance and trend analysis, review of data accuracy through validation of source level information, and conformity with regulator instructions.

- The focus will be on analyzing information obtained from various systems and from sub line of business submissions for use in preparing various SEC 10Q/10K, FED, OCC and FDIC related financial reports.

- Additionally, candidate will participate in strategic initiatives around regulatory reporting infrastructure, including FRI testing and implementation, documentation of risks and controls and general improvements to reporting functionality.

- Candidate will participate in projects to transition manual processes to system solutions and engage in data quality analysis of core data elements.

- The role will require regular interactions with line of business Accounting and Finance teams related to manual submissions and analytics and Corporate Financial Reporting related to review and submission of report filings.

- Individual may also assist in providing the supporting information as required by external auditors or regulatory authorities.

Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:

- A bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.

- 7-11 years of professional accounting/relevant financial reporting experience.

- Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement reporting

- Ability to own and run the projects both technical and functional

- Solid problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills.

- Teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal) required.

- Microsoft Excel - Required

- SAP experience - Preferred

- Tableau, Alteryx or similar Data visualization / ELT tools - Preferred

- Strong organizational skills.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing work environment

- Ability to work with a wide and diverse group of stakeholders in multiple geographic locations

Shift: 2PM to 11PM IST
