- As an Associate, you will be responsible for end to end collateral management process, handling a diverse range of products. Key responsibilities include Margining, Reconciliation, Disputes Investigation, and adeptly managing stakeholders to ensure seamless Operations and compliance to control standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with global stakeholders. Strong technical skills and detailed understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Derivatives products and Collateral Management.

- Ensuring collateral margin calls are exchanged as per agreed timelines and ensure timely delivery and receipt of collateral transactions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their collateral-related inquiries and concerns.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as trading, risk management, and legal to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with counterparties and custodians to optimize collateral usage and minimize costs.

- Lead and act as a primary point of contact for client onboarding and ongoing collateral management discussions, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient processes.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in collateral management operations.

- Partner with technology teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades, addressing business requirements and improving overall functionality.

- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with key stakeholders to discuss collateral performance, risk exposures, and strategic initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in collateral management, incorporating relevant insights into day-to-day operations.

- Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring continuity in collateral management practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance

- At least 7 years of experience in Asset Management Operations or similar Financial domain.

- Experience in OTC Derivatives and Collateral Management
