- You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions. You have found the right team

- As an Associate in Client Reporting Team, you will be part of Global Client reporting team. You will be working on different traditional asset groups for Manual Reporting. You will also be helping with different transformation initiatives.


- You will be responsible for producing and delivering accurate and timely reports such as performance, holdings, transactions, characteristics etc to the institutional or fund clients on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate various types of reports using the internal reporting tool, perform data sanity checks, and ensure all deliverables are completed according to client deadlines with the highest accuracy and timeliness.

- Respond promptly to all client and internal queries.

- Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, such as Investment Specialists, and the Performance and Technology teams, to ensure the timely availability of data and content for various reports.

- Complete various ad-hoc tasks, change management requests, and other assigned duties.

- Steer local and global strategic initiatives focused on process improvements, transformation, and control enhancement for the team.

- Develop domain expertise across all team functions by continuously up-skilling through in-person and online training.

- Prepare monthly metrics data.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Strong written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams, as well as on own initiative; sensitivity to different cultures and working styles

- Need to be a self-starter, creative and be able to prioritize key tasks effectively

- Strong analytical skills, high aptitude for numbers

- Strong attention to the details and ability to spot the data discrepancies

- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

- MBA Finance with at least 6 years of experience into Asset Management industry
