Position Summary :

- To help drive the transformation, Chase is seeking a talented & proven Business Systems Analyst - Disputes. The candidate will be part of the product team and will work on the Disputes roadmap for different payment methods. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Product satisfies all the merchant requirements and is ready for launch to a Merchant partner.

- This position will succeed by shipping product that meets and exceeds customer expectations, delivering stakeholder results.

Role description :

- Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team.

- Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.

- Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional design across applications.

- This high-level functional design is used by the scrum teams within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.

- As an offshore BSA he/she will be responsible to gather requirements for Internal Applications related applications.

- The work shall be more focused in an Agile methodology and the BSA needs to liaison closely with Product Owner to help the Agile Team develop the product.

- Client-centric ; Can easily sympathize with merchants, and thinks ahead to ensure merchants have what they need

- Swagger knowledge a plus (yaml or raml)
