Associate - Business Banking - Performance Measurement & Reporting

Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
We help business owners with deposit accounts, payment acceptance, access to credit, and cash management services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Business Banking performance measurement team, the team member will play an active role in developing, enhancing and maintaining critical reporting required by the stakeholders in field finance.
- Manage standard and adhoc report development based on business partner requirements by leveraging a wide range of data wrangling tools .
- Analyze, identify and upgrade key metrics to measure banker performance.
- Continuously review existing processes and identify opportunities to drive standardization and efficiency
- Perform various quality reviews to ensure data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence with engaging and presenting to senior management
- Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, findings,etc.).
- Work independently and collaboratively (as and when needed) to achieve the larger goal.
- Actively contribute in bringing in innovative ideas and continuously strive to upskill and learn new technologies.
Experience, Education & technical skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a reporting analyst with experience of building data assets and reporting solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL and Excel. Good to have: Exposure to alteryx, tableau and/or other automation/dashboarding tools, Hadoop environment
- Strong attention to detail, keen interest in automation and visualization
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple database systems.
- Ability to perform in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
