Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as the primary technical resource proficient in the knowledge of Credit Card Payment Processing Industry products and services with a working knowledge of Chase and/or Card Industry standards. This includes supported connectivity options, protocols, data formats, and product functionality.
- Complete assigned certification tasks with external clients to ensure transaction processing meets all product and service standards for feature set, connectivity, industry, and regulation standards.
- Create volume reports
- Analyze data transmitted to the certification host to resolve issues.
- Publish and update documentation on internal department SharePoint site.
- Ensure the project activities, as assigned, are completed within established time and budgets, and that objectives conform to corporation's overall standards and operations objectives.
Required Skillset/Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years SQL query experience writing/modifying complex queries.
- Working experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc.) is preferred
- Advance knowledge of Excel, Access, SharePoint, and able to read/write VBA macros
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to provide sound recommendations to management
- Experience in creating executive/summary level reports
- Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence
- Strong SQL experience
