 The Hedge Fund Financial Reporting Associate/Assistant Vice President will:

- Manage the financial statement reporting process by coordinating efforts of clients, fund accounting, legal, auditors and fund administration personnel.

- Manage the production of the Fund's annual and quarterly financial statements to clients, auditors and investors.

- Review all financial statements prior to release to clients and the auditors.

- Lead in the audit coordination of the clients' annual reporting process.

- Provide client and auditors with appropriate supporting documentation for annual statements.

- Review all required SEC and Regulatory filings before submission.

- Supervise staff. Provide performance feedback. Develop talent.

- Lead audit update calls.

- Manage all other financial reporting responsibilities.

- Lead the training of staff on financial reporting roles and responsibilities.

- Assist the VP in the recruiting and interview process.

- Ensure 100% of evidence of review when preparing and reviewing statements.

- Assist the VP in administrative corporate reporting

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8-10 years in the financial services industry and 7 years in the hedge fund industry

- Bachelor degree required, degree preference is Finance, Accounting or Economics, CPA and/or MBA preferred

- Strong technical understanding of the investment company industry including a strong knowledge of the GAAP Accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
