 IPB corporate actions & Class actions team is responsible for :

- Managing the entire life cycle of Corporate Action which includes mandatory, Voluntary & Choice.

Managing the entire life cycle for Class actions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.

- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.

- Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.

- Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.

- Taking process trainings for new joiners.
