JP Morgan Chase - Analyst - Investment Specialist Support - Asset Management

- As an Investment Specialist professional, you will focus on growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product, as well as retaining current assets.

- You will be part of a team maintains a strong communication framework to provide new and existing clients with detailed and regular insights.

- You will work with the team on prospective opportunities and supporting existing client relationships.

- You will focus on managing our regular updates to clients through pitchbooks and data-led reports, while learning about our business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Update, maintain and improve client materials including pitchbooks and review material

- Respond to adhoc requests from stakeholders, with an initial focus on data-led queries

- Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team

- Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires, with an initial focus on data-led components

- Attend PM meetings and take notes for Investment Specialist team use, while activity supports developing written skills and deepening knowledge to leverage in client work in future

- Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)

- Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing information

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- 2-4 years' experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Willingness to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint

- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required)
