- As the Inforce Policy Review professional in our Insurance and Retirement solutions team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job responsibilities:

- Analyze existing annuity and life insurance book of business, partner with annuity and life insurance business development teams, sales and marketing teams and product teams to help identify business opportunities and promote business growth.

- Work with annuity and life insurance team to understand business requirement, craft clear business stories, define short term and long term business plan around inforce book of business.

- Define key inforce marketing opportunities and create actionable list of business opportunities, utilize analytical tools and illustration software to prepare each case with clear, actionable next steps for the sales team to act upon.

- Assist with program and process design and implementation to streamline daily tasks. Create record of process and procedures and ensure materials are current and accurate.

- Assist with the management of carrier/vendor relationships

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Experience in financial service, banking, annuity and life insurance distribution, and customer service is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.

- Ability to understand priorities, excellent time management skills, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, work effectively and build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders/service providers.
