Position Summary:

- Provide desk-side and global support to internal Operational teams to support application changes in the QA or Production environments.

- Responsible for analyzing, trouble-shooting and resolving production tickets based on agreed upon SLAs with business partners.

- Perform regression testing on resolved production tickets to ensure there were no unintended impacts, and coordinate status reporting.

- Implement new mutual funds onto application and ensure readiness for production release.

- Execute application new release and regression testing, as needed.

- Provide desk-side and global training to Operational teams to assist with self-resolution and to better understand production processes.

- Assist with project overflow build work stemming from the local Unity Support team.

- Liaison between Operations and Technology in instances where application is not in an end-user ready state and assistance is required to restore stability.

- Assist with disaster recovery testing on an as needed basis.

- Provide coverage and initialization of application for U.S. Holidays.

- Mitigate risks through proactive issue identification and communicate with business partners on status of critical issues.

- Work with Technology, Operations and other Stakeholders to determine process improvements, including development of and monitoring of ROI.

- Execute post-mortem reviews following each client's reporting cycle.

- Coordinate training Operational users on new enhancements and related risks and controls.

- Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment.

- Preferably have past experience on Confluence Unity Platform 9.4 or higher.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

- Data Analysis/Management skills.

- Business and systems analysis skills.

- Requirements solicitation and documenting skills.

- Knowledge of securities services industry and products is preferred.

- Knowledge of Fund Services (Accounting, Financial Reporting & Fund Administration) a plus.

- Solid SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle 11g skills.

- Knowledge of VB, Crystal Reports 11, ETL tools and file transfer tools will be preferred.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
