Asset Management - Global Liquidity - Investment Platform Specialist Support - Associate

Individual in Mumbai Team would contribute to the Global Liquidity Product Strategy & Development team by partnering with the rest of the team, marketing, and distribution to produce materials for new and existing marketing initiatives and senior management reporting. The individual is also expected to closely partner with technology team to support development of MORGAN MONEY. MORGAN MONEY is the open architecture digital investing platform released in 2019 for institutions with a focus on cash management product.
Overtime, the role is expected to become an expert in in the MORGAN MONEY platform, J.P. Morgan Global Liquidity product offerings, and how they can be best used by our clients.
The ideal candidate would be one who is self-motivated, confident and is a team player. A large part of this role requires partnering with different groups across asset management, external partners, and technology partners. Strong interpersonal skills are, therefore, crucial. Most important is possessing the aptitude and the desire to learn and retain information quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to global stakeholders by producing various daily reports for Senior Management reporting.
- Producing existing dashboards to track various Industry trends, Market Shares, etc. for Senior management reporting.
- Ownership of marketing materials related to all products globally.
- Produce existing reports and also focus on developing new reports and dashboards necessary to track various metrics for MORGAN MONEY.
- Ownership of maintaining the data integrity and data feeds for MORGAN MONEY by working closely with Technology team.
- Lead weekly meetings with Technology partners and follow up on action items related to MORGAN MONEY.
- Contribute in most initiatives lead by the internal team across business and strategy.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in Asset Management, Cash Management, Treasury, or Technology with focus on Project Management Skills.
- Self-starter with ability to demonstrate full ownership of process/projects assigned to them & excellent Project Management Skills.
- Ability to automate & streamline the existing reports and processes.
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage priorities and time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & high technical and computer aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful ways
- Experience managing and working with geographically-distributed and functionally-diverse workgroups.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- MBA or Masters from a reputed college. CFA would be added advantage
- Shift Timing: EMEA (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
