For more information, visit www.joveo.com Responsibilities: - This role will lead the operational excellence across the firm and drive the metrics-based performance assessment for all functions as well teams across the business - The person will be responsible for ownership, development and implementation of the high performance framework, which will be used to drive strategic outcomes for Joveo Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: - Development of the high performance framework which will (a) define the goals of each function linked to Joveo's strategic objectives; (b) lock the org structure for each function along with the function heads; and (c) cascade responsibilities for every role within the function - Definition of the roles of engagement for cross-functional collaboration and resolution of any issues/ bottlenecks amongst functions to ensure smooth operations and delivery. This would involve working closely with all functional heads - Creation of dashboards which will capture all metrics related to the goals and financial/ operational outcomes for the functions. The tracking and reporting of the metrics will be a key aspect of the day to day responsibilities of this role - Investigation of important red flags for the business (and functions) based on the trends in the metrics and recommendations to CEO/ COO as well as the respective functional heads around potential business and operational risks, corrective actions needed and future improvement in the business process. This will require a consultative approach to ensure all aspects of business impact are considered - Identification of important gaps/ risks in the current business processes and policies and development of more robust processes to allow for scalability in the future. - Work closely with the VP - HR to ensure the high performance framework is the key driver of performance evaluation at every level and role within Joveo and performance ratings reflect these inputs from Ops Excellence team regular insights and analysis to the CEO, Head of Operations & Strategy and other senior - Provide executives on performance across functions at Joveo - Work on improving the tracking and reporting tools and develop automations for both data gathering as well as analysis. Requirements: - Successful candidate should have past experience with any of the Tier 1 consulting firms, having driven organization-wide transformation and process excellence, with experience in at least 1 large scale transformation assignment - Strong understanding of the process excellence - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or with Tier 1 consulting firm - Passionate and self-driven individual with ability to work across functions - Ability to deal with uncertainty and structured approach towards problem solving - Strong communication skills and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders 1.
