Job Role :

You will be responsible for the front-end aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery to close, that fuels company growth. Motivated by solving business problems on behalf of prospective customers, and with exceptional prospecting skills to uncover and close new business opportunities, you will be responsible for ultimately driving the adoption of Jova.

We- re looking for a high-energy, outgoing and sales-driven person who is technically savvy and is quick on their feet. This is a ground-floor sales opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting startup that is geared for growth and impact in the market of non-desk workers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct product needs assessments by reaching out (cold emails, cold calls), identifying pain points, and effectively articulating Jova's unique value proposition.

- Develop and manage a 3X sales pipeline in both existing and new market verticals through online and offline strategies.

- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques to generate product awareness.

- Successfully qualify and convert leads into prospects, drive sales calls or product demos, and assist in closing.

- Accurately manage and track customer data and interactions into the CRM.

- Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow up after sales for customer feedback and communicate the team to assist in product improvement.

Timings: This is a prospecting/client interaction role, hence requires you to operate in the US time zone which is a NIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST.
