- Responsible for overall supervision and guidance for all HR functions relating to the manpower.
- Manpower planning and development, recruitment, promotion, etc.
- Performance appraisal, developing rules, regulations, bye-laws and policies covering various aspects of personnel management.
- Development & support of HRMS (Human Recourse Management System).
- Disciplinary proceeding, legal matters pertaining to staff, union matters, etc.
- Advising Management to develop appropriate HR policies and guidelines.
- Achieve proper coordination with the Heads & HR related functionaries.
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle-HCM is highly desirable.
