This role requires a broad knowledge of existing analytics and visualization platforms, experience with a variety of structured and unstructured data sources in the healthcare field, the ability to collaborate closely and influence others in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, creativity to invent, customize and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions and exposure to new technologies in data, analytics and digital applications. - This person will lead the business operations - by managing the business deliverables, driving opportunities for automation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, analysts and IT teams. This person would also be responsible for supporting the data governance processes, improving the data quality of solutions, managing the data security and ensuring optimal platform performance. The position will be based in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the activities related to the business operations - weekly, monthly, quarterly data refresh activities; manage delivery of business insight packages to stakeholders - Manage, research and resolve data &amp; analytics questions from business partners; conduct hands-on data mining and analysis to identify issues and resolve - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure and improve the data quality, data alignment and data dictionary for reporting and automation - Test, deploy and maintain data engineering processes, APIs and analytics solutions within analytics environment; improve analytics platform performance - Identify and document operations processes and drive solution optimization - Ensure data security compliance by conducting quarterly reviews Qualifications: Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: - A Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics or equivalent is required, Masters in business would be preferred - A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required, among 8 years, at least a minimum of 5 years relevant data and analytics experience is required - Expertise in data-warehousing technologies - Redshift, SQL; data engineering - SQL, Python, R, Alteryx; visualization platforms - Tableau, Qlik, Power BI; advanced analytics / data science exposure; working knowledge of web technologies - Apache Tomcat, Angular JS - Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skills; - Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners; excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage others in a collaborative environment - Ability to work in an Agile environment - Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills - Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies Are you ready to impact the world?
