Marketing Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and management execution of brand launch marketing strategy, campaigns and budgets for 3 existing brands and 2 new brands to ensure products meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Plan and develop marketing tools and materials for online and retail channels
- Support digital and retail sales team with brand and marketing collaterals
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies to build engagement and followers
- Plan and execute offline and online marketing activities
- Build and manage a team of marketing specialists (freelancers, agencies, in-house support) to execute marketing plans
- Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Monitor and provide feedback on marketing activities, engagement via social media channels to leadership
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in a brand marketing and/or social media role for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship management skills
- Relentless customer focus
- Analytical thinking and creative storytelling
- Tech and social media savvy
- Data driven approach
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, humble, passionate and determined. Energy and enthusiasm are critical
