Jocata Financial Advisory and Technology is an innovative products and services firm specializing in digital transformation, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance for financial services industry clients. The company was founded by professionals from the Big Four firms with a goal to offer clients a complete solution, both in terms of a technology platform and in-depth subject matter expertise. Our aim is to help financial institutions in minimizing financial risks, operational risks and to protect their organizations from financial crimes, money laundering and other illegal financial transactions. Ours is an IT based company founded six years ago and is based out of Hyderabad.

We need a Product Manager. Our products: in area of digital transformation incl digital verification, KYC, anti-money laundering, etc.

Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the product life cycle, define and fine tune processes to mitigate potential risks

- Work with senior leadership to strategize and execute product road map

- Closely pay attention to customer acquisition metrics, etc. to identify bottlenecks and issues and work across functions (development, marketing, customer support) to evolve the product

- Maintain effective and structured communication channels with customers, senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Work with the internal teams to plan out the features, prioritize and plan release schedules

- Ensure compliance and effectiveness with documented engineering processes

- Market analysis, financial modeling, and product sales forecasting

Requirements:

- Relevant work experience in Product Management and a proven ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

- Proven track record of delivering the right set of features for the business that monetizes well

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and tools to perform analysis. Ability to use hard data & metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.

- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications.

- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees.

- Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.

- Superior verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

- Composed, poised and professional demeanor.
