Role Description (Job Evaluation / C&B Specialist)
- Provide advice, support and training to People Partners and managers on evaluation methodologies.
- And writing of role descriptions to ensure consistency and compliance with standards and policy
- Drive C&B projects centrally and work closely with multiple stakeholders
- Evaluate all new and existing role descriptions to ensure an equitable and consistent evaluation process
- Liaise with current role holder, supervisors and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive understanding of role dimensions prior to evaluation
- Build and maintain a data base of completed evaluations and evaluated role descriptions to ensure there is a single reference source of approved role descriptions
- Undertake research and analysis into market value of roles and recommend when required revaluing of roles to ensure the competitive in attracting required talent
- Outsource job evaluation work as required managing vendors as valued commercial partners
- Provide routine and ad-hoc reports and advice to key stakeholders to ensure informed business decisions are made regarding planning and resource allocation
Qualification: Mandate
- Graduation/MBA in HR
- Certification in Job Evaluation
