JoVE - Senior Marketing Specialist - Pharma Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with expertise in B2B marketing within the biopharma industry. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote JoVE's unique solutions to biopharma companies, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to biopharma clients.

- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads, to drive lead generation.

- Create compelling content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, ads, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Engage with industry professionals through webinars, conferences, and strategic partnerships.

- Plan and execute webinars and events to increase brand awareness and industry engagement.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, focusing on lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.

- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on the biopharma sector.

- Deep understanding of biopharma R&D processes and market trends.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

- Experience with Salesforce and B2B prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
