As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive adoption within Higher Education institutions in North America.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
- Conduct online and in-person product presentations to showcase JoVE's value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights to prioritize outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support marketing initiatives.
- Represent JoVE at industry trade shows and networking events.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to excel in a sales career.
- Ability to work in EST (New York time zone) hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
