JoVE - Product Manager

- The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the JoVE Research product line.

- They will be responsible for enhancing platform capabilities, developing new product features, and aligning the product roadmap with business objectives to support growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and challenges, translating insights into product enhancements to boost user satisfaction and engagement.

- Conduct thorough market research, particularly in the biopharma and adjacent industries, to identify growth opportunities and guide development strategies.

- Conceptualize and launch new product features to address market gaps, improve competitive positioning, and drive user acquisition and retention.

- Lead discovery efforts, build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and plan validation tests to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc. ) to ensure timely and successful product delivery, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for user impact.

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in digital product management (experience in biopharma or life sciences is preferred).

- Proven track record in executing product launches and managing complex technical initiatives.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level business outcomes and detailed execution.

- Experience in market research, new product development, consulting, or early-stage startups is preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
