As a Customer Success Specialist, you will engage with existing JoVE customers (universities & research centers), helping them maximize the use of JoVE video resources. You will work with professors, deans, and faculty members to demonstrate how JoVE enhances scientific education and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with decision-makers (Heads of Departments, Deans, Professors) at universities and research institutes.
- Increase product usage by setting up curriculum consultation meetings and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions for educators and researchers.
- Organize workshops, university seminars, and conference presentations to promote JoVE.
- Provide customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Life Sciences.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or the education/publishing market (preferred).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cold calling and networking.
- Knowledge of STEM publishing is a plus.
