JLT Group - Salesforce Technical Architect

Skills :

- Candidate should have at least 10-12 Years of Salesforce experience

- The Tech Lead must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements. The candidate will work with a variety of people (program managers, technical peers and business partners) to ensure that maximum value is delivered to clients

- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQUERY, Angular JS etc.

- Excellent in designing Lightning component development, Lightning design development, Lightning Aura & Web Components

- Good with the Salesforce design patterns

- Experience handling real-time and batch integration using any third party tool or webservices

- Excellent in Writing apex classes, batch classes, schedulable interface and develop Visualforce pages

- Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com

- Good problem-solving skills considering salesforce governor limits and best practices

- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.

- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements

- Experience in migrating data using data loader

- Experience with Deployment tools

- Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)

- Experience working in agile methodology

Certification:

- Application Architect ( Must have)

- Platform developer 1 (Basic dev certification)

- Platform developer 2 (Advance dev certification)

- App builder

- Administrator (Basic Admin certification)

- Sales cloud consultant

- Service Cloud consultant

Responsibilities :

- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

- Design and solution high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices

- Work with the team for delivering the requirements

- Mentor team technically

- Ensure the best possible solution & quality of an application

- Manage communication with stakeholder and other parties

- Maintain Continuous Integration

- Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics
