JLT Group - Lead - Data Warehouse Solutions

Role Requirements :

- Strong experience working with data on entire DWH BI landscape including Datawarehouse, Oracle Database, Data Transformation (Informatica) and BI Reporting (SAP BO).

- As DWH Solution Lead, you are responsible for the entire DWH Solution right from Architecture, Design, Development as well as day to day Support and maintenance. In short, this team and thus the lead is accountable and has ownership of the DWH as a solution.

- This would be a completely hands-on role which would involve playing different hats include that of a Data Architect, Solution Designer, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, Support Lead, etc for the DWH Solution Team.

- Hands-on experience with Data Architecture, Data Modelling, ETL tool like Informatica, Query Tuning, SAP Business Objects (SAP BO), ITIL Processes, Team Management, Stakeholder Management would be preferred.

- Maintain the required Technical documents, help streamline processes and best practices

- Needs to develop subject matter expertise to be able to provide both Level 2 and Level 3 support /enhancement to the existing Reports.

- Strong on ITIL concepts and strong experience of supporting DWH solutions as well in addition to development

Technical Skills :

- At-least 10 years Hands on experience on BI and Data Warehousing Projects

- Strong Technical experience on Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Warehouse Concepts, Informatica, SQL, Query Tuning and SAP Business Objects (Must Have)

- Should have hands-on experience in designing of optimal BI solutions both from Database and BI Reporting perspectives

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders

- Ability to understand the big picture to work with the Architects and also granular hands-on experience to work with the team

Preferred candidate profile :

Prior Experience - 10 -12 years experience on Data Warehouse, Informatica and SAP Business Objects Reports on Development, Maintenance and Support

Education/ Qualification - BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
