Job Title : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Department : Strategic Sales Services

Direct Manager / Direct Reports : Manager, Strategic Sales Services

Location : Gurgaon (NCR)

Objective :

Accountabilities :

- Enhance overall brand image and market reputation of businesses, through various aspects of business development marketing - proposals, presentations, bid collaterals, sales support and manage in-house Knowledge Management Centre.

- This National level role will be responsible for working across 15 offices and 5 business verticals in Jones Lang LaSalle India

Business Development Marketing :

RFXs : Work on various RFPs and write BD proposals, as a part of the new business development pitch process

Pitch Presentation and Sales Support : Write presentations, case studies, win/loss debriefs, sales analytics and work with the creative team to design and print them

Sales Collaterals: Conceptualize and design sales and capability brochures, presentations, etc. to support business development teams

Knowledge Management :

- Establish, own and maintain the contents of the Knowledge Management Centre

- Own the ongoing collation and delivery of critical business data and other BD materials essential to global/regional/local business pursuits, including but not limited to; case studies, quotes, awards, business statistics/facts, baseline, graphics, on a local, regional and global level

- Work closely with various business development teams across India to co-ordinate availability of timely, accurate and quality assured data, intelligence and knowledge across verticals

- Work closely with Asia Pacific BDM and KM counterparts on pitches providing up-to-date statistics, best practice baseline, case studies and other materials

- Effectively manage a suite of vendors; owning and managing day-to-day relations, performance & budgets, establishing processes/SOPs

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- A management graduate having minimum 3-5 years of experience

- Preference for Prior Experience in Services Industry

- BD in firms with an RFP culture like IT/ITeS services, etc.

The candidate must possess :

- Strong written communications skills - Very important

- Understanding of strategic marketing and business development

- Understanding of cross-selling and multiple service delivery

- Proven ability in understanding, gathering, analyzing and interpreting business data required for business development activities

- Excellent project management skills and capability to drive multiple projects

- Excellent MS office skills and IT literacy - experience using Office suite, SharePoint, etc.
