Title: Digital Marketing Manager (PAN India Responsibility)

Location - Mumbai

Reporting To - Marketing Head - JLL Residential

Principal Accountabilities:

In India, Residential Broking is the emerging business as the market share of the organized player is growing and JLL Residential (JLLR) is the pioneer in this space. As the early entrant in the organized space, JLLR has established the leadership in this space and has further aspirations to grow the business inorganically and specifically through Digital Marketing space.

- Complete ownership of the website design and experience management

- Support the team in growing the business exponentially through Digital Marketing

- Devise the Branding, Marketing and Customer acquisition strategy through implementation of Digital Marketing tools

- Identify, leverage and execute end-to-end Online Lead Generation campaigns

- Conceptualize, Own, Execute and Monitor Digital Strategy and initiatives

- Lead the digital direct marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, social networks and ORM

- Online Brand Visibility initiatives

- Own the execution of marketing campaigns for both JLL Residential and developer/partner clients

- Ensure maximum reach for every marketing dollar

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Complete ownership of website, all digital initiatives and online lead generation, end to end implementation of the same

- Enhancing the user experience on the Digital Platform with the help of interactivity and user-centric engagement; Inform -Engage - Interact

- Closely work with the City Heads and sales team to aggressively market Mandated projects (Sole selling mandates) as well other important projects

- Devise digital marketing strategies across 7 cities of India for all exclusive mandated projects and other important projects

- Innovate and optimize cost effective methods of online Lead Generation

- Manage existing vendors & identify new vendors

- Prepare search engine ranking and traffic reports to assess areas of potential improvement. Monitor, track, and report, websites traffic including trend analysis using site analytics solutions such as Google Analytics as well as flagging issues to internal stakeholders

- Analyzing and reporting campaign performance, providing recommendations and results for improvement and implementation of new web campaigns

- Keep up-to-date with search engine technology, methods and tools

- Liaise with external agencies / partners

Key Performance Measures:

- Complete ownership of Website and Digital Marketing initiatives

- Work closely with Sales leadership on execution of Lead generation initiatives

- Ensure 50% of new business fees is generated through Digital Marketing

- Build granular business lead generation model online

- Position website as one stop solution for all Real Estate requirements – Project Listings, Home Loan Calculator, EMI Calculator, Whitepapers on Real Estate Buying etc

Behavioral Competencies:

Competencies/Requirements:

- Minimum 8-10 Years of Work Experience with last 5-6 years’ experience in the Digital Marketing Space

- Candidates from Insurance, Digital Agencies, Holiday time-share model preferred but not necessary

- Hands-on experience in the B2C space

- Project management skills, must be able to manage multiple projects at one time

- Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & must be detail oriented

- Good grasp of language as well as content management and generation

- Ability to work with cross functional teams
