- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organisation's Product and services.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Handle in-depth knowledge of ERP products like SAP ECC6.0, SAP By Design, HCM Like Success Factor, SAP CRM &Social Media Analytic, HANA and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
- Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to business customers.
- Able to build strong customer relationships.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Converts leads into revenue generating opportunities in the region
- Responsible for End to End anchoring of solution blueprints covering various aspects of project life cycle management
- Understanding of customer requirements, proposed solution, Transition and project plan, Governance Model, SLA Management, Effort estimation, Pricing and Commercials, Quality management, Value adds and benefits.
- Strong communication & a sales attitude is must have
- Person will be carrying a quota for SAP Licenses & Services and will be responsible for pipe generation and initial customer connect.
- Pipeline creation and hunting activities for SAP.
