Job Purpose:- Work closely with the Jiva Leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies, in line with the company's vision, that enable us to remain on the forefront. The sphere of work encompasses the full range of HR activities, including Recruitment, HR Operations and Talent Management. You will support all key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs to maximize employee satisfaction, performance & retention
Key Responsibility:-
- In time Talent Acquisition, Staffing success rate for key positions
- Ensure higher employee satisfaction and retention rates across key roles / high potential / track individual progress
- Engagement and interaction with senior management on organization structure and people requirements
- Ensuring healthy talent pipeline including effective succession planning, employee selection and retention.
- Cost control targets: headcount and employee costs; training and development costs; average cost-to hire
- Holds the merit of Initiating Rewards & Recognition Programmes
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle effectively
