Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in innovating, optimizing and executing paid performance marketing campaigns and supporting marketing automation initiatives that yield strong results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid digital marketing initiatives - including database, partnership, SEM, and display advertising campaigns (across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn)
- Support planning and execution of email, WA and push notification campaigns via the Marketing automaton platform like MoEngage, Salesforce, etc. for various customer segments
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools like GA, Omniture, CRM platform, marketing automation platform, etc.
- Identify trends and insights, build new growth campaigns, and optimize spend & performance on existing campaigns based on the insights
- Segment marketing database for targeted campaigns. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with partners, internal teams, and external agencies to optimize campaigns, landing pages, user conversion funnels, and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Work with other marketing team members and designers to produce engaging and compelling ad content aligned with brand guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, WA, and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with working comfort on tight deadlines
- Experience with A/B & multivariate tests, optimizing landing pages, user funnels, implementing web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, UTM links, etc).
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience working on any of the marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, MoEngage, Hubspot, CleverTap, etc.), creating performance reports, email marketing, WA marketing, Push Notifications, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
