Role Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the HR strategy & planning lead in program managing HR projects and ensuring status reporting to all stakeholders concerned, preparing detailed plans for each functional objectives along with the functional owners,. For cross functional and group level projects where projects are owned by central team, the role requires ownership of outcomes for the project(s)

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a core member of the JioMart marketplace HR strategy team to drive and deliver projects supporting organization building and transformation

- Researches, analyses data and prepares quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress

- Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project specifications, timelines and responsibilities.

- Ensure that cross program or cross functional risks, issues and dependencies are managed

- Provide the escalation of issues and risks to the Functional Head to ensure that key decisions can be taken in a timely manner

- Ensure an appropriate governance mechanism is in place for the overall program of work

- Responsible for implementation of required project management tools such as plans, risks/issue logs

- Responsible for identification of key change elements of each program and ensure the relevant change management interventions are taken across the program

- Partner with business leadership teams for comprehensive capacity and capability planning from talent and skills perspective

- Own end-to-end impact delivery of projects - including ideation, problem-solving, developing the execution plan, implementation and process stabilization

- Partner with relevant stakeholders across departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver project outcomes which positively impacts organization development agenda

Desired Skills:

- Excellent communication skills: Should be able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers (really listen), and absorb what's being said & discussed

- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- Good stakeholder management: Should have the ability to connect and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams and levels

- Program Management: Should have the ability to program manage organizational transformation projects in a disciplined manner
